Our Baby -- "Lit'l Blue" -- 2001 SLK -- got her Annual Physical this week! Her oil was changed -- which included a complimentary fluid inspection and safety review -- and she passed Summa Cum Laude! It wasn't a great experience, you tried to charge an outrageous price for things that have already been replaced and fixed, and over charged a job,and gave back the vehicle in the same condition!So no it wasn't a good experience and I'll let everyone know on all social media platforms!

LOVE these guys! They did quality job that five other mechanics wanted 3600-5000. This shop charged me less than half of the total. We essentially had to replace half the engine. Trustworthy and understand that our vehicles are our lifeline to our lives. Very professional, treated my car and myself like family. Screw the other guys, Surprise Auto is my new mechanical home!

I'm not a big review writer, but when a testimonial is deserved, I'll make a point to give it. Everyone at Tech1Auto was great! Fred had me come in the day I called and they did a perfect job repairing my car. These guys know what they're doing and do what needs to be done... and at a fair price. They made it simple, took care of the issues quickly and professionally, and immediately made me a new long time customer. The experience was like going back in time, when taking your car into the shop was more like getting a haircut... with confidence, care, and familiarity. I would recommend Tech1 to anyone that's trying to find that one last really good auto-shop.

Alvie is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He explained services to me so I understood what he was doing. He's also affordable. I went to midas to get my brake pads replaced and they told me I was going to need a ton of work done, which would end up costing about $500. I went to Alvie and he inspected my brakes, and told me what I actually needed, which is none of what Midas recommended to me. He saved me so much money, and so much stress! Kacey Rene
