I just had Justin Johnson with wrench inc out here and he was able to solve a problem 2 other mechaincs gave up on. He was very nice and professional. He never gave up and did an excellent job. Great service and very friendly. Bill and his team are excellent at diagnosing problems in your vehicle and then communicating them to the mechanically disinclined in open, unambiguous language. Unlike my experiences with other mechanics, I left feeling more informed about the status of my car and felt like I got a great deal, which I did.
