Staff was helpful and did not try to haggle me with ridiculous prices or false claims. Once I was going to be late for work with two flat tires. Luckily I was close to this place and they were willing to take me in. Once the repair and rotation of the tires were done, I was charged nothing! That's right nothing, I couldn't believe it. Took my daughter's 1994 Mitsubishi Mirage to 5-Points Shell on Beach & Ellis. Service was fabulous. The Mechanic, Mike, fixed an Oil Leak with New valve Cover gasket; replaced all 4 brakes and turned drums, master cylinder, replaced front brake lines changed Plugs, Oil, and Filter. The price was spot on the estimate, and resonable. The people there are, nice, helpful, friendly and honest. I thought this kind of service went away back in the 60's. I can't say enough. Thank you!

Joey is excellent! He is quick and accurate when diagnosing your car and explains everything very thoroughly. I've had issues on the road before and contacted him at odd hours and he responded quickly! Which shows he just isn't in the business to get your repair money he is genuinely concerned and wants to keep your car running great. I highly recommend him to anyone who typically goes to a dealer, if you want the one on one attention and a great relationship with your mechanic head to Joeys! I trust my BMW in his hands 100%
