They are really friendly, honest and go out of their way to help. Their prices are also SO much lower than the dealership... I'll never go back to my dealer.

Having said that, I have never been so screwed over by a company. Trusting them to fix my car and save me money, I left it with them on a Monday morning. Then I rented a car and waited. Wednesday I call to find out the status and they STILL have not even touched my car. I ended up renting a car for 8 DAYS. $300 later, (cost of car rental), they STILL had not gotten around to fixing my car. So I picked it up today and drove it over to VW in Roseville. They quoted me $400 to fix my car in about 24 hours. So THANKS roseville engine, for doubling my cost of fixing my car. OMG don t ever take your vehicle to this location.
