Excellent Shop for great work. Gardiner is the most knowledgeable mechanic I have ever met. He can diagnose your car's problem very quickly and can have your vehicle up and running in no time. We are new to Placerville and when my daughter's truck needed some repair work done our paving contractor recommended The Auto Analyst. They fixed my daughter's truck, and were very good at explaining everything so we could understand it. They were patient with any and all questions we had. They are very friendly, and made us feel like we had been a long time loyal customer even though it was our first time there. We have since used them for our other vehicles. It's nice to know that no matter how their day is going, they are always friendly and helpful. Oh, and their coffee and cookies are great too!

Worst shop I have ever been to. Don't understand what customer service is. Don't act like they care if your there or going to an RV place down in Sacramento. Did not want to deal with my extended warranty for my RV.?? I have no ideal how they are open? I would give them 0 stars if I could. Don't waste your time at idle wheels rv.

If you've got a German Car, you need this garage! John, the owner, is always ready to hear your concerns and his shop is absolutely a MAZE of top-drawer equipment and tools. You always get a real "neighborhood friendly" feel, when coming to Silver Star.

Exceeded my expectations. As a woman, I am always suspect of what "problems" I am told my car may have. Randy, brought to my attention two issues which they fixed, but showed me a picture of what it looked like before and after. WHAT A CONCEPT! PROOF...I love it. The other first .... I'm selling my truck and went to these guys to work out some issues. I needed fast service and asked them to make an exception for me on timeframe. Of course, I told them I understood if they couldn't get to it sooner than later. Mike made the exception for me and gave exceptional service too. Instead of giving that knee-jerk response so many people do of a deep sigh and a long pause to work it out in their head, Mike double checked, made it happen, and didn't make me feel like I owed him one for doing me a favor. I tried to leave him some extra cash for being so generous and he said no way and that he was happy to help. I left the $20 for him anyway on my way out because good people with great attitudes should be rewarded for going above and beyond.

They have the best costumer service and there workmanship is top notch. I have live in this area 20 years and have never felt this good about a shop.

Needed a car badly. Went into Future Ford off Madison to find one. Didn't have high hopes. Was soon approached by JC Rosales and he was pleasant and friendly but made it easy that he had a sense of humor. Looked around and finally found what I was looking for. Unfortunately it was a little over my budget but JC made it work. I was so grateful that he made it a good experience. Thank you again and I'm referring him to all my friends and family.
