I was there June 1,2023. This was much more than an auto tire replacement. It was an auto wheel, struts hub, knuckle, stabilizer bar, etc. etc. etc. replacement.! Jesse was very helpful and he’s an honest mechanic and he goes above and beyond to get the job done right!

I was just starting an RV road trip when my power steering pump quit. I was towed to Performance, and I could not have had better luck. They found a replacement pump for me and installed it, working three hours past their closing time to get me back on the road. Very thoughtful about the work and kept me informed as it progressed.

We broke down in the middle of nowhere and had 20 minutes to search online for a repair place so our tow truck driver could drop us off. We were lucky enough to pick BSR. They were literally half the price of the competition, were very honest and friendly. They fixed our alternator and we were back on the road in less than an hour. Highly recommended.

This an older location, but welcoming. Setting an appointment couldn't be easier, and the staff is eager to meet your exact needs. Justin is an insanely busy man, but an excellent multi-Tasker, and the epitome of professional, a true machine. The staff's knowledge on mechanical aspects, along with speed, and customer service, are unbeatable. There's a reason why this location is so busy, and I recommend them. Ariel Earhart

These guys are great. While traveling on vacation, I experienced a pan gasket leak, (just replaced by another shop in San Diego) and by chance pulled into this shop. The manager and crew got us back on the road in record time and saved day one of our very precious vacation time. If I lived in Bakersfield, I would take all of my cars to this shop. M. I would give 0 stars if I could! Wasco ATD charged me close to $700 for motor mount replacements due to motor vibration. Took it in 3 different Saturdays to have them replaced (was told they ordered the wrong parts, then defective products had came in, thus reason for multiple visits). I decided to take it to my dealership and was told the motor mounts were never replaced, original parts were still in vehicle!! I went in for a refund and right away they submitted for a reimbursement. Worst place ever!! Do not go! So unprofessional and untrustworthy! I will never take any of my vehicles there!
