Diagnosed starting problem

On Wed. I called and spoke with Chad re. my starting problem. I thought it was the switch. He said bring it in Thurs and we'll get it in since you are traveling. When I arrived, no one knew about it, but I was greeted right away and a young man helped me unload it. Tech Rick looked at it immediately even though he had 2 other jobs in process. Diagnosed problem but they didn't have part available. Rick and Traci tracked down the part and after several phone calls is having it shipped to our next destimation! All this help and no charge! WOW In summary, three of the four people I can in contact with were just plain super. I'll stop again if in the area and will recommend your shop to my biker friends. Would love to have purchased a couple of those neat BMW tee shirts with fun sayings on the back, but no shirts were for sale. All in all a great shop! Thanks so much. Jerry Little from Blue Grass, IA
