The work performed was satisfactory, owner/mechanic is obviously knowledgeable and has been in business for many years. Like most auto repair shops, they so often fail to show their cost of parts plus the mark up, which can be significant depending on brand and who the wholesaler is. In most cases auto repair shops will buy after market products instead of OEM, which allows them to mark up the parts a 100 to 150 percent plus labor. This lack of transparency can cost the customer a good deal of money over an above what is considered reasonable. First consult a auto parts store for pricing on parts needed, you'll find that the retail pricing will be less than what your paying the auto repair shop. In most cases auto repair labor charges will exceed the cost of parts by 70 to 300 percent, a wide disparity indeed.

Help! My dad went by to get his motorcycle today and place is boarded up. Does anyone know what happened? The owner Randi is clearly a horrible person. He’s had my dads vintage motorcycle for over three years with promises of fixing it after he took it all apart so my dad couldn’t pick it up. Now him and the motorcycle is gone. Please help!!!

Have paid the guy 2400 dollars on an 1800 repair job . With the extra being paid cause I was going to have my tank repaired by his friend. New rear tire full service all fluids plugs wires rebuild carb tightens bars I I find out he lied about fork spring and don't trust his body guy so tell him just complete items on work order which would leave him owing me 400plus back. He says due to having to cut rear hub to get new tire mounted and new axle or something to that affect I owe him an additional 500 and he's keeping the 400 credit cause bots being striped and 'extra work". Which bring s total to 2900.00 and then he says just got bike back together and it won't start. Starter is bad! Told him when he got bike I go through a starter every year and a half. That was main repair request. So the guy charged 150 for primary inspection and clutch adjust but didn't do starter while primary is open? 2900 bike won't start and he's not letting me get bike. He's had it since 8/1. I am a female. This guy is absolutely a crook ! This is an 04 sportster 1200. He's getting g sued!

I happen to be in the area of his business and stopped by at first. Got online and was looking at his motorcycles and talk to his salesman (Ryan)I think was his name. Emailed every thing that they ask for as far as paperwork and verification to get approved. I had a 2004 honda v_t_x 1300 retro with 19,000 miles on it as a trade in. The salesman told me that everything looked fine so I loaded up my motorcycle on a trailer drove an hour and a half almost 2 hours to his lot. By the way I live in southern Oklahoma. Got down there let him (Josh)(Owner) look at my motorcycle he said he liked it and it was very nice and then when they started looking at my paperwork again out of the blue said I'm sorry I cannot help you because you live in Oklahoma and rent your house and do not own it. Josh was very rude talking to me I explained to him that I had previously owned my house and had moved to a different area to be closer to my wife's family because her father was very sick and we could only find a rent house at the time we moved. Lived in this rent house a year and 9 months by this time. Had plenty of good paperwork as far as renting history which by the way my landlord is an attorney and even wrote a letter with his letterhead on it. But he decided I was not good enough for some reason to buy 1 of his motorcycles so I wasted a whole day borrowing a trailer from a friend and about 60 dollars in gas back and forth for nothing. I had already been told on the phone that everything looks good and come on down. I think that they are a bunch of scam artists and crooks. I also think that they profile who they want to let buy a motorcycle and who they don't. It has nothing to do with if you are qualified or not because I had plenty of good qualifications. I would never buy one single thing from them if it was the cheapest motorcycle on the planet.
