I had oil on the side of my car and on the driver mat. The service rep Jim was rude and this was not the first time. I called and asked for a manager to call me back with no response. Lack of response screams volumes.

To put it precisely, my experience of buying a car from Okuma was simply outstanding. They got me my car at an excellent price and the way it runs even after two years of driving it every day to work is just fantastic. Just want to convey my deepest thanks to you people.

NO MUSS NO FUSS, JUST A SEAMLESS TRANSACTION, WITHOUT HAVING TO HAGGLE WITH THE DEALER. THEY FOUND THE CARS JUST AS I INSTRUCTED IN MY ORDER. THEY DELIVERED THE CARS TO MY HOME JUST AS THEY ADVERTISED. AND GUESS WHAT THERE WAS NO BROKER FEE EITHER. TO CLOSE THIS REVIEW, I HAD ASKED IF OKUMA COULD ARRANGE FOR WINDOW TINTING, A RUNNING BOARD AND LoJack SYSTEMS INSTALLED AND THEY DID SO AT A BETTER PRICE THAN THE DEALERS WERE OFFERING. BOTTOM LINE, ME, MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL BE OKUMA CLIENTS FROM THIS POINT ON.
