Mario, the owner, is simply a great guy who provides impeccable service and the best work possible. Mike is a talented and hard worker. This was the only place that can get my tire on the fly. I have a tire size that's hard to find quickly and The pricing was perfect. The service was great!! And pretty quick. I came in today and will be back in a few weeks for more work. I had a screw that was in a very bad area of my tire preventing it to be repaired. These guys are awesome Francisco has the best customer service he's staying after closing to solve a problem with my dad's ac. The cost isn't worth staying after but he goes above and beyond. This is my new place to bring my truck and refer my friends and family to, not only is it low priced service they are also honest. You can buy a toaster at Target or Walmart or Kmart. At either place you will walk away with a toaster that does the job. And it's mostly about getting a better price. Other things in life, like having a dentist, plumber, doctor ... or mechanic ... are about relationships and value (quality versus cost). Many people know that referrals are the best way to find these connections. And once we've found one of these connections, we're very likely to keep it for the long-term. I found my mechanic ... it's Bruce's Automotive.

Brought my vehicle in to have it diagnosed because it didn't pass the smog test. In short, dropped my vehicle off at 9:30 am, he didn't have it ready for me until after 4 pm. Billed me over $100 for 1.2 hours of work. When I picked my vehicle up, the drivers side window was stuck half way down. Couldn't roll it all the way up or all the way down. When I asked the mechanic if he could take a look at he told me he couldn't look at it because he had "other" customers and I would have to either leave it or bring it back in the morning. Told him I needed my vehicle for work. That didn't matter to him. Ended up taking my vehicle to a friends who was able to remove the door panel and fix the problem in about 30 minutes. In summary, they had my vehicle for 7 hours for a diagnostics check that took a little over an hour, was charged over $100 for that diagnostic check and then wouldn't take 30 minutes of their precious time to take a look at a problem that happened while they had the vehicle.

Went back to ATD saw alex and Tony, They got me in and out for another full synthetic oil change. Took care of my car and got me back on my way. Love this place. These guys the staff and the mechanic on duty are awesome. Aaron Doolittle

I thank my lucky stars for this place!! For as long as I've been taking my car to the team here, which is about 6 years now (this was previously a Nappa, with the same team), I have always been listened to genuinely and given considered, expert recommendations for my old car. It's thanks to them that it keeps on going!! Managers Albert, Mitch and the mechanics are top notch, friendly and so helpful! They take the time to listen and explain. At first, having just moved to LA, I used to cross-check their recommendations with a friend who owns a repair shop back where I used to live. Every time, he agreed with the basis for their assessment, plan of action, and price. As an example of their honesty, there was one type of repair that, for the type of car I have, is apparently best done by the dealership, and they told me that up front, rather than just doing the repair themselves without telling me and leaving me with the chance that the car may not work as it should. They have never been pushy and they help me prioritize what needs to be done and what can wait. They have sometimes gone out of their way to help me. The friendliness and reliability with which I'm treated here makes this Napa shop a valuable part of my sense of community here in Hollywood.
