Rolls royce service near Bell, CA

Within a 2 week period, 3 of my 4 tires had nails and screws found in them. I had to purchase a new tire for the first situation. The following week I had to make another visit for damage done to 2 other tires. They heard about my belief as to why I am experiencing this. Fixed the problem tires and sent me on my way..... NO CHARGE! They made a bad situation into a situation where I could be grateful for something. Thank you so much to the manager of Hermosa Beach American Tire Depot. It meant a lot!! I will be back! This was the only place that can get my tire on the fly. I have a tire size that's hard to find quickly and The pricing was perfect. The service was great!! And pretty quick. I came in today and will be back in a few weeks for more work. I had a screw that was in a very bad area of my tire preventing it to be repaired. Before they charged me for the tire they took a look to see if it was repairable. Thanks guys!! Darcie Ragans

These guys are awesome Francisco has the best customer service he's staying after closing to solve a problem with my dad's ac. The cost isn't worth staying after but he goes above and beyond. This is my new place to bring my truck and refer my friends and family to, not only is it low priced service they are also honest. The staff was friendly and performed the alignment check quickly. I was concerned about possible frame damage on a used car that I was considering purchasing and they directly addressed my concern about that issue instead of simply telling me the car was aligned well. While waiting outside, they got a chair for me to sit in, so that was nice, too. Chris Morris

Star Auto Service is amazing. They really do the job right and take care of their customers. From the shuttle service to calling and giving me updates, I really appreciate their attention to detail. They even gave me a loaner car -- a Mustang which is considerably cooler than the minivan I left for repair. I've had a problem with an automatic side door that wouldn't stay open. The dealer spent an entire day and insisted I'd have to replace the whole door. I brought it to Star Auto and they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. They sent me a diagnostic of the whole car with pictures identifying the problem. Excellent service and great repair. A+++++ Jodi B.

I CANNOT express enough how grateful the guys at American Tire Depot have been to me. As a single woman who knows virtually nothing about cars, I am so grateful to these gentlemen who have treated me in the same manner that I know they would want someone to treat their mothers, wives or sisters. They have kept my older car running and pieced together many times without overcharging or even charging me (for the small things) at all. I've also seen them do the same for men as well.
