I highly recommend this auto car repair facility to anyone. I was referred to this shop by a friend after my 2014 Dodge was having transmission problems. I have limited knowledge of cars, I was fearing the worst. Louis had "best in class" customer service, very honest and straight to the point . Staff was helpful and did not try to haggle me with ridiculous prices or false claims. Once I was going to be late for work with two flat tires. Luckily I was close to this place and they were willing to take me in. Once the repair and rotation of the tires were done, I was charged nothing! That's right nothing, I couldn't believe it. had work done said they could do it went back said they can't now and had price bumped way to high over charged for work waste of time had someone else do it you will get ripped off

I was in need of brake repair and looked here to find a shop with good references. I feel like I hit the jackpot. I called two days ago and made an appointment, then went in the next day. Steve took my car in right away, offered me a ride home, called me a couple hours later and said the car was done and sent his son to pick me up. The car runs just as good as when it was brand new. It's a 2004 Chevy Impala. The service is exceptional, Mr Luzzi is very nice and I am very pleased. I will be back for future service without a doubt.
