These people have very different vibe than any other shop and I have been to many in my life. They don’t try to upsell you or use some cheep “time pressure” techniques. They honestly look at your car, give you their opinion and very fair price and let you decide what and when you want to fix. I never felt pressured into anything, unlike all other places. I stumbled accross these mechanics through my doughter’s acquaintance and thought to myself at first” another shop we will be testing for a few months untill we get tired of them selling us repairs we don’t need” but do far I have been here about 5 times for various things, I had a very pleasurable experience with both the owner and the young gentleman that works there. Recommend to every body who is tired of being hustled by a money hungry & commission driven people.

I highly recommend this auto car repair facility to anyone. I was referred to this shop by a friend after my 2014 Dodge was having transmission problems. I have limited knowledge of cars, I was fearing the worst. Louis had "best in class" customer service, very honest and straight to the point . Staff was helpful and did not try to haggle me with ridiculous prices or false claims. Once I was going to be late for work with two flat tires. Luckily I was close to this place and they were willing to take me in. Once the repair and rotation of the tires were done, I was charged nothing! That's right nothing, I couldn't believe it. Came here because I had a flat tire. But not only that I needed an oil change so this individual camilo took care of me really fast. This was the only place that can get my tire on the fly. I have a tire size that's hard to find quickly and The pricing was perfect. The service was great!! And pretty quick. I came in today and will be back in a few weeks for more work. I had a screw that was in a very bad area of my tire preventing it to be repaired. Before they charged me for the tire they took a look to see if it was repairable. Thanks guys!! Darcie Ragans

These guys are awesome Francisco has the best customer service he's staying after closing to solve a problem with my dad's ac. The cost isn't worth staying after but he goes above and beyond. This is my new place to bring my truck and refer my friends and family to, not only is it low priced service they are also honest. ok, well, i just suddenly appeared at the shop, because my car had trouble starting. being a dummy, i thought it was my battery, but, when i explained the attempts and the clicking, he knew the exact problem. i can always trust the guys at the shop. i have an old car, and they have been doing the upkeep for years now. it is a toyota truck, so it is priceless to me, and they always fix it with a smile! heros!

For the last 3 times I have taken the car in for something big, it has always needed something more the next day. The limited hours (no nights or weekends) make finding a time for service difficult. Gary et.al. are accommodating about giving me a ride if the job requires several hours which I appreciate, but it is hard to get the shop to make repairs if I can't get the car in early on a weekday morn. appreciate car being washed after being worked on.
