ok, well, i just suddenly appeared at the shop, because my car had trouble starting. being a dummy, i thought it was my battery, but, when i explained the attempts and the clicking, he knew the exact problem. i can always trust the guys at the shop. i have an old car, and they have been doing the upkeep for years now. it is a toyota truck, so it is priceless to me, and they always fix it with a smile! heros!

For the last 3 times I have taken the car in for something big, it has always needed something more the next day. The limited hours (no nights or weekends) make finding a time for service difficult. Gary et.al. are accommodating about giving me a ride if the job requires several hours which I appreciate, but it is hard to get the shop to make repairs if I can't get the car in early on a weekday morn. appreciate car being washed after being worked on.

20+ years I've lived in Los Angeles and have had my Benz worked on far and wide. If I had only known Kevin at MZB West. By referral I have taken several cars to him and my own and have always left feeling satisfied and relieved. Satisfied because the quote is always itemized AND prioritized and relevant. I had my heater core replaced in my 1969 Lemans 30 years ago. Today, when I had the heater core replaced I found that when the core was remove back then, the bolt holding the casing can only be removed by taking off the fender or drilling a hole in the inner. Instead, the shop just ripped the corner off of the piece of casing that held the bolt., cracking the casing, then sealing everything with silicone. Fortunately, the core did not start leaking agin until 30 years later. It has now been repaired professionaly.
