I highly recommend this auto shop. Rolando is a very trust worthy person, what ever you car may have be sure that he will fix it. I had crashed my car, and it was pretty messed up. i took it to another mechanic and they told me a lot of parts needed to be replaced, and that it was going to coast me over 8 thousand dollars to fix. So i took it to Rolando and he made my stress go away. the damage was only about 5 thousand, i was relived. I have been coming here for over 3 years. I love this shop, he does an amazing job, and he will never lie to you. Thats one of the things that make nene stand out from the rest. So dont hesitate and go to Nenes auto repair, you will not regret it. P.S his prices are reasonable, if you cant pay right away he will try to work something out wit you. We were referred to Mitch at Schneider's Auto Repair by a family member who has had nothing but good things to say about them. We have taken our cars to Schneider's for the past couple years and have received excellent service from them. The customer service department was extremely courteous to us each and every time. Star Auto Service is amazing. They really do the job right and take care of their customers. From the shuttle service to calling and giving me updates, I really appreciate their attention to detail. They even gave me a loaner car -- a Mustang which is considerably cooler than the minivan I left for repair. I've had a problem with an automatic side door that wouldn't stay open. The dealer spent an entire day and insisted I'd have to replace the whole door. I brought it to Star Auto and they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. They sent me a diagnostic of the whole car with pictures identifying the problem. Excellent service and great repair. A+++++ Jodi B.

Best customer service and auto service ever! I've gone to multiple auto shops from Santa Barbara to Riverside and I had yet to receive the customer service I got here and auto service.
