I became a customer for life for two reasons, Customer Service and Price. I've been to many repair shops in So Cal over the years and have yet to ever experience the utter dedication to a customers real needs. Not only the value, but the quality of that value. I don't know how they do it in this day and age, when anywhere else charges 30%-40% even 50% higher in labor. JT's Automotive offer the best labor rates I've honestly ever come across, and trust me I'm not one to write reviews. In fact I would rather keep the best kept secret for auto maintenance & repair in Ventura County to myself (because who enjoys waiting for anything...). However, I feel that I owe it to this shop to let people know how unbelievably cool it is to have a place to take my vehicles without any concern for anything. I know it will be done right, and fast, and for the best price anywhere. Hats off to all those guys over there, they make things not feel so bad, in an age of high priced everything... keep it up man!

Again ABC steps up to the plate! I had what amounted to a dashboard warning light (and some kind of high-pitched squeal from the engine), just prior to a long-distance trip with my BMW X5. Hugo and team moved me up the line to get it sussed out, figured it was a loose gas cap, sent me on my way under the quoted price and 24 hours ahead of schedule. I trust these guys - TRUST. AWS Automotive has been very helpful to me . Anytime I need repairs or just general service on my vehicle they take the time to explain to me (in terms that I can understand since my mechanical knowledge is limited) what i need to have done. Their work is excellant and always completed when promised at a fair price. I have never felt pressured there, only reassured that they were looking out for my car as if it was one of their own family members car.

Joe and Joel the mechanic are great! I came here once for tires and now go here for just about anything. I bring my car here from studio City! They are both very trustworthy and very kind! I highly recommend Neighborhood Car Care. I have brought 3 diff vehicles over the years to John and his team and never had an issue. I price shop any new place before giving my business and all but one time they have been cheaper or right around the same price. Needed new tires and went to them to see what price they could do. We were way off. Instead of telling me to pound sand, John offered to have me order the tires through my retailer and have them shipped to his shop so I wouldnt have to bring them to him and then install them. If I would have kept that car, I would have done it. His team has always been honest and straight forward with my wife and I. I have had friend mechanics check their work and said they do an amazing job and are surprised how cheap sometimes they are. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trust worthy mechanic.

Had my 93 Chevrolet Silverado 4x4 at Performance Auto and could be happier with the service. The mechanic was polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The only problem I have is I'm moving to Oregon and my old girl will surely miss this shop. Kurt Devincentis

Mark and all the folks at Preferred Auto are the best. Since i have had a couple German cars lately i haven't been there for a year or two. When i brought in a used Acura for them to check before i bought, they did an extremely thorough check, and though it was low miles, the car was older and needed more work than i wished to do. The charge was more than reasonable, i would have been happy even if it had been 50% higher for the work done. They are always honest and fair and look out for their customers first. They clearly know that is what has made them so successful. THE BEST! Wish they worked on German sheet metal!! Howard Kaplan

CROOKS! Absolutely avoid. I only went here out of desperation, and it was a nightmare. Do not bring your car here no matter what. Crooks is all I can say.

Made the mistake of buying with cash. New dakota pickup stumbles at 2400 RPM. westoaks claims it is "characteristic". Brought it back several times with the same problem. P0300 (random misfire) OBD code at 8000 miles. No repair as it is out of warranty. Limited to under 2400 RPM to prevent OBD code and failing smog test. Not the only problem, the others are drivability (lurching at low speed due to slop in the drive train), rear window blew up sitting in the driveway because dodge glued it to the frame rather than using a gasket, fan first position could not blow out a match, transmission failed (lost all gears except fourth) at 200 miles. Had to drive it 75 miles in fourth because the warranty would have left me in the middle of nowhere with no way to get back. No way I would by another dodge or deal with this "dealer".
