I've been looking for a new doctor for our family's cars. Tho' it was one experience, these guys impressed me with knowledge and even educated me on my truck's sickness to allow me to make a proper decision. No sales. The tech that looked under the hood and diagnosed even noted an oil pan leak which they fixed with sealant at no cost (tho' I was getting ready to pay them for a bigger ticket item). Erik and his staff give a whole new meaning to honesty, customer care, and quality service. They stand behind their warranty 100% without question. The car went in for a secondary air problem. This was fixed, but the fix caused related problem. Without question, Erik had his master mechanic fix it completely, including all other unexpected related problems to avoid another trip to the shop all under the original warranty. He ensured that only the best service would be done and the car would be fixed perfectly. Any other service center would have tried to skirt around the warranty and force the customer to pay. Took the behicle back for an oil change and they discovered a leak in the coolant line. They fixed it perfectly. Unknown to them, the part was defective. They have fixed it without question and within one day. They are always honest and respectful with their customers. You can not go wrong using this establishment, and highly recommed you use this Firestone service.

No-pressure shop that's owned and operated by car guys who combine their passion with their work and are there to help you with whatever you throw their way.Turnaround time has always been as-quoted or sooner, prices are great, employees are super friendly (Steve is all smiles all the time), and I've always gotten great recommendations from them for things they don't specialize in. Definitely worthy of 5 stars!
