I recently brought my car in to Chuck Mercier Union 76 because it didn't pass the smog test. I spoke with Gary, and told him my situation. He was more than willing to help me out. He fixed the problem and my car ended up passing the smog test. He is very smart, knowledgeable, and professional when it comes to cars. My family and I have been coming to this place for years and the service has been nothing but wonderful! If anyone is trying to find a good mechanic, try this place out. You won't regret it.

This is one place on where I will be a FOREVER Customer and Loyal at that. Today I had the wrose most horrible day dealing with a set of bad companies that deal with tires. I was out and about for almost 8 hours trying to get my tires replaced due to one of them having a Bad Factory tear on the inside of the tire. I got here at 6:45pm, right before they closed and this AMAZING WONDERFUL Gentleman asked me how I was doing and was super sweet to hear what happened. He said he was sorry for what happened and that he would be happy to help. Within minutes of getting there, the guys out in the garage did the alignment, changed out all 4 tires and also told me that I had 2 other problems with the Tire area and helped me in every way to get my car back on the road safe for me to drive. It took these gentlemen 40 min.s to get it all done right. They helped me with everything, got me a warranty on the tires and more. I couldn't have been anymore happier, they made my day better. This place was busy right away this morning when I arrived. Still they were able to squeeze me in. I thought I need a tire patched as it was flat. Ends up it was only a bad valve stem. They switched it out in no time and didn't t even charge. I was pretty surprised and quite speechless. Thanks a lot guys. I highly recommend this auto shop. Rolando is a very trust worthy person, what ever you car may have be sure that he will fix it. I had crashed my car, and it was pretty messed up. i took it to another mechanic and they told me a lot of parts needed to be replaced, and that it was going to coast me over 8 thousand dollars to fix. So i took it to Rolando and he made my stress go away. the damage was only about 5 thousand, i was relived. I have been coming here for over 3 years. I love this shop, he does an amazing job, and he will never lie to you. Thats one of the things that make nene stand out from the rest. So dont hesitate and go to Nenes auto repair, you will not regret it. P.S his prices are reasonable, if you cant pay right away he will try to work something out wit you. Im a very satisfied costumer, and if Rolando changes locations well i will surely follow.
