Had taken my car to them before to have the radiator fixed. The radiator was leaking and the next day took it back and they said there was no problem. Took it back again today because it was obvious the radiator was leaking. Took the car there at 8am, called back at 1:30 pm and they hadn't even looked at the car and I needed the car at 2pm. My father went back to check what was going on and they did not want to touch the car saying someone else had broken the radiator when they were the only ones who have touched the radiator before. When they finally started working on the car they just made things worse. The hood wouldn't close right, they broke the screw for hood lock, and the hood lock cable was broken as well and now I cannot open the hood at all! Do not take your car to these people!

I have been coming to Advanced Automotive for a number of years now. Vic and his staff are the most trusted Auto Repair Shop in Southern California for my money. I work in The Automotive Repair Industry and This is the shop I go to and refer all my friends to. 2 weeks ago I had an issue, bent a rim and damaged a tire. I was able to bring the car in And get it repaired correctly and without any Problems. They deliver beyond 5 star service. Here's what you need and why. Shady shop in Glendale must avoid. I went in for some new tires. They continuously changed the price quote and switched tire brands. They insisted that I need an alignment and new control arm bushings or they won't provide warranty on the new tires. I allowed them to change the bushings and do an alignment and after a couple of days the car drives terribly. It pulls to either right or left side at highway speeds and intermittently there is a wobble on the front right wheel side. I took the car back and after their "mechanic" test drove they tell me I need new brake rotors and need new brake system. This is so bogus because when they worked on my car initially they said everything is fine we checked brakes, etc, etc, etc. My car was driving fine before they worked on my car! I just needed new tires. So now my car has a wobble and alignment is off and they wont fix the work they did. They want to charge me for more things that I don't need instead of replacing the cheap aftermarket bushings they put in. Really sad just avoid this place. Just let them fix your flat tires nothing more. CHECK THEIR BBB! ALL THEIR STORES HAVE 'F' RATING AND THE GLENDALE LOCATION DOES NOT EVEN HAVE BBB! How is this shop still open I have no idea...

I would have to say that they are the best at what they do. I took my car wrecked from the accident. They towed my car for free to their shop and started on the paperwork right away. Not only they are honest, they are also reliable. In only 3 weeks I had my car back, in perfect condition. A+ to Pristine Auto. God forbid I have another accident, Pristine is my body shop!

I thank my lucky stars for this place!! For as long as I've been taking my car to the team here, which is about 6 years now (this was previously a Nappa, with the same team), I have always been listened to genuinely and given considered, expert recommendations for my old car. It's thanks to them that it keeps on going!! Managers Albert, Mitch and the mechanics are top notch, friendly and so helpful! They take the time to listen and explain. At first, having just moved to LA, I used to cross-check their recommendations with a friend who owns a repair shop back where I used to live. Every time, he agreed with the basis for their assessment, plan of action, and price. As an example of their honesty, there was one type of repair that, for the type of car I have, is apparently best done by the dealership, and they told me that up front, rather than just doing the repair themselves without telling me and leaving me with the chance that the car may not work as it should. They have never been pushy and they help me prioritize what needs to be done and what can wait. They have sometimes gone out of their way to help me. The friendliness and reliability with which I'm treated here makes this Napa shop a valuable part of my sense of community here in Hollywood. My car was damage when I ran over something in the street just a week ago in September 2016. They fixed my car in less than an hour. Jorge is always quick to get the work done and guarantees his work. I am always very satisfied with the service. Also, in July they fixed my friend car also quick service and reliable. Poor service they forgot to tag my radiator therefore it took them 3 hours longer to finish than promised. I could not wait 1 more hour so I picked up my radiator. They removed 1 tank to rod and that side looked clean and rodded. The other tank was dirty and looked like the rod did not come thru. I showed the boss at Liberty Radiator and he assured me every tube was rodded and he was probably half correct as in half rodded. Now I am contemplating having another radiator shop check this radiator or just running radiator flush to finish the job. I have been a truck driver,auto and heavy mechanic and equipment operator since 1973 and would not recommend Liberty scooter and radiator. m.biglay@aol.com

Fair prices, great work, and incredibly clean. Also, Aldo (the owner) is great at communicating with you. It's great to have a mechanic that you trust to shoot straight with you. They go above and beyond, can't recommend them enough.

This place was great! They fixed my flat tire for free and got me in and out in less than an hour. Vasken helped me and was super nice! The waiting room was also very clean and comfortable. I'll for sure go here when I buy new tires and service like oil change and brakes. Maggie S. Glendale, CA

I had my heater core replaced in my 1969 Lemans 30 years ago. Today, when I had the heater core replaced I found that when the core was remove back then, the bolt holding the casing can only be removed by taking off the fender or drilling a hole in the inner. Instead, the shop just ripped the corner off of the piece of casing that held the bolt., cracking the casing, then sealing everything with silicone. Fortunately, the core did not start leaking agin until 30 years later. It has now been repaired professionaly.
