Great service and very friendly. Bill and his team are excellent at diagnosing problems in your vehicle and then communicating them to the mechanically disinclined in open, unambiguous language. Unlike my experiences with other mechanics, I left feeling more informed about the status of my car and felt like I got a great deal, which I did. Align-Tech did a 4 wheel alignment on my Honda and it's never driven better. I was wearing out my tires way too fast and it always pulled to the right on the freeway. They also did an oil change and the whole thing took about an hour and a half. I plan on going back to Align-Tech.

Brought my Honda Element in for an oil leak. Other place wanted to replace head gasket, but Rusty diagnosed it to just the valve cover gasket and camshaft end caps. Saved me from unnecessary repairs. BnC seems to be very honest and only fix what really needs to be fixed. They are not trying to sell you or talk you into all kind of repairs. I can highly recommend them and will bring our cars there for any needs in the future.

Great customer service - I originally bought 4 Winnrun tires in Murrieta and "tested" them on my commute to work - 60 miles. Horrible tire for an Audi A4. Manager at store of purchase said they were similar to my Toyo's. Ummm, no...So I went into the Kearny Mesa location and was greeted by Daniel and Joey I told them my issue and was promptly issued a credit for the tires and exchanged them for a set of Toyo. This place rocks. I took my car here for a complete engine rebuild, (already weary that I was using someone new to completely redo my engine) however, Thomas had good reviews from friends of mine. When I went I knew I was in good hands. He even made some minor repairs at no additional cost & now my car runs good as new. She has over 250,000 miles on it, but drives like brand new.
