Service stations service near Carson, CA

The station is under new ownership and is just not the same. The prices are higher and the personnel have changed. I got an estimate to change the transmission fluid in my car which has 30K miles. The quote was extremely high so I called the dealer. What surprised me is that the dealer informed me that my vehicle has no dip stick and does not need the fluid changed until 100K miles. Not only was Phil's price higher then the dealer, they were going to sell me something that I didn't need. Buyer Beware I guess.

My wife’s expedition blew a heater hose while at Coffee Bean with steam coming out from under the hood she drove next door to American Tire. The guys “T” as in Mr. T was very helpful, even assisting her a tow to the dealer through AAA (garages don’t typically assist you going elsewhere, but they were helpful). Upon arriving to assess the problem I realized the “new” heater hoses are not hoses at all but rather multisegment manifolds. I felt comfortable with everything explained, they confirmed that the parts were available and it would be done by the end of day and it was. Very happy with the service and how we were treated. 5 star all the way!

Please remove this place from any shop in LA horrible niggle be stealing everyones cars lol !!!! CROOK ALERT

I was facing this problem last two months and repair this someone repair shop but no solution found. My friends suggest TL Motors and when i call him they give me a quick response as well as quick repair solution. thanks guys

The best in the Valley, excellent customer service, the owner is so kind, he will take care of the customer and your car, when I need to do oil change (synthetic) I go to him, and for my tires I think I bought 3 sets of tires with him for a good price. He is the Man. -Mike D.

Do not use debit/visa/credit cards here. My card information was compromised here and they are the richer for it as they used it over 3 days and took out the max. Better yet, do not go here, drive on down the street a bit farther and go to where they are honest, if a touch more expensive. The employees will hang up on you if you call to talk to the owner without even knowing why you are calling. It's amazing they are still in business with how they are with customers and their scandalous business practices. Warn your friends to be cautious at all gas stations, especially this one, as I never thought to google them until it was too late!

A Godsend. My car broke down in LA while I was on a trip from N. Cal.. One call to Ray, a complete stranger to me, and my anxieties were put to ease. He took my car in right away and fixed it as good as new. Even though he could have charged me anything and I would have paid it, the job was done for less than the original, very reasonable quote. These guys are TERRIBLE!!!! Run away as fast as you can, or go the extra 12 miles to Santa Monica and find real mechanics. These guys are a rip off who think they can do whatever they want since they are pretty much the only mechanics in Malibu. I trusted them with everything. They charged me $508.00 to check out my "service engine light" and then they didn't even solve the problem! Then they charged me $3,500.00 for a new radiator, hose, and water pump. The radiator hose blew off on my way home because they did not attach it properly, leaving radiator fluid all over my engine (they did not even have the decency to clean it off) and left me stranded 2 miles up the canyon where I live! 4 months later my brand new water pump completely failed leaving me stranded in downtown LA trying to figure a way to get it back to Malibu so they could fix it. On top of all that, while they were fixing it, they put new brakes on my car without asking me and handed me a $780.00 invoice so at least they could profit on their mistakes. They are horrible, save your TIME and save your MONEY! Do not go to these mechanics.
