Every aspect of the experience was terrific, starting with the initial consultation and advice, scheduling, reception, the work itself, and delivery. Pat and his crew are extremely knowledgeable about this rare car, and very professional and helpful throughout the process. I never thought I'd find a mechanic that would delight me enough to write a 5 star review, but this place is different than any other auto mechanic I've ever dealt with.I came in for regular 30K service and spongy brakes, expecting a costly brake job, among other things. After dropping off the car, my phone rang a short while later. I answered, going into my typical defensive mode that I've grown accustomed to from past experience with auto mechanics, ready to question every single thing "wrong" with the car and the thousands of dollars about to be estimated to fix it."Your car's fine," said the voice on the other end. He explained that the brakes had plenty of life left and just needed to be bled. The only thing needed was an oil change and new air filter. The honest diagnosis was the most refreshing words I've ever heard coming through the phone from an auto mechanic

The Garage has been my place to go - finally a place I can trust and with really good knowledge of what they do best - Repair Vehicles! They are very friendly especially Warren. They always take me in even when it's a last minute emergency. Their estimates are very good. They work long hours. Most importantly, they care about their reputation. They certainly have me as a long term repeat customer and I really appreciate all the good work you guys have done in the past!

The Best body and paint work I've seen thus far. I highly recommend Spectrum, I recently had my BMW hit from the side and the paint and body work looks as if nothing happened, blended well and you can never tell it was hit! There reasonable, trustworthy and most important fast! They won't have your car on the back burner, will expedite quickly while being precise! They do everything from classics to common cars to expotics this is a great body shop! A+++ :)

I research the heck out of my shops because I care about my car. Jay was highly rated, and I was given a casual recommendation through FB. I pulled the trigger and brought in my '06 BMW for some scheduled maintenance. I got my rear brakes done, a coolant flush, and a brake flush. I quoted the same work through the dealer just up the street and Jay came more than 30% cheaper. He dropped me off at work, and also picked me up as well. Now that's service. He sent me pictures of the parts he replaced and kept me updated on the progress. It seems simple that someone would think to do this now, but most don't and I appreciate it. Never felt pressured or pushed. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable about my car. Since he worked at BMW SF for over 17 years, I thoroughly trust him. He is definitely my new go to guy for BMW Service. Thanks!

My rear bearing was completely screwed and they fixed it in a short amount of time but what was even better was the price and most importantly the customer service. They were extremely nice and made sure I understood the problem. They fixed my car in no time. I will definitely come back to them! Although hopefully I don't have to!

I love going to Clayton Valley Auto Service as Jeff and all those who work there are friendly, knowledgeable and do a very good job. When I had a check engine light Jeff's dad told me right off the top that it could be 4 or 5 different things and they would start out with the least expensive until they found out what the trouble was. I'm still driving that van around 5 years later. I really appreciate the great service they give. They are really great for routine maintenance, and wonderful when I have emergencies.

I made the biggest mistake by taking my car to autos international , they have had my car for the last 4 months and everytime i call about the progress the people can not even give me any information and keep telling me that they are working on it. I can not even describe how angry I am with this company, the people are very rude and have no idea what is going on. I always get the same answer , let me check and see whats going on with it. . my god people , I had to go out and buy another car just to get to work thanks to this so called repair shop. I have discoverd by googling Autos international that this repair shop has an excessive amount of complaints and others have or are experiencing the same problems with this shop. I guess I should have did better research before i took it to them. I have had no choice but to get a lawyer now and will be suing this shop for the cost of the repair and my loss of income thanks to their inability to repair my car. DO NOT GET FOOLED PEOPLE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS REPAIR SHOP , THEY ARE FULL OF LIES
