We went through 3 different mechanics including the Mercedes Service Department before going to Gold Star. Mike diagnosed the problem with no charge, and his findings were very accurate. We had spend close to $2000 fixing what wasn't even the issue, even Mercedes charging us 280 for diagnosis still couldn't fix the issue. I am so happy and grateful to Mike, he was so generous, professional, experienced, and courteous, we've finally found an honest and extremely experienced mechanic. I will recommend Gold Star to all my friends and family. I rate Gold Star a 10!!!!!!!

This place was busy right away this morning when I arrived. Still they were able to squeeze me in. I thought I need a tire patched as it was flat. Ends up it was only a bad valve stem. They switched it out in no time and didn't t even charge. I was pretty surprised and quite speechless. Thanks a lot guys. Came here for the first time a few months ago, just taking a chance a bit skeptical but the owner Souk quickly put my nerves and worries at ease, he was cool and easy to talk to and he seamed to care more about me as a customer and less about my money. We were referred to Mitch at Schneider's Auto Repair by a family member who has had nothing but good things to say about them. We have taken our cars to Schneider's for the past couple years and have received excellent service from them. The customer service department was extremely courteous to us each and every time. I was a customer of A and D for many years. Having a mechanic you can trust is equally as important as having a good mechanic. I had my car serviced at GMC for the time I was still under warranty and yet they still would find ways to milk money out of me. I decided to go back to my trustworthy A and D because I trusted them to be honest with me and not try to charge me for services I didn't need or they didn't do. I throughly enjoyed Dave and his pups. He is one of the nicest, most genuine and knowledgeable people I have ever met. I say "was", because I have since moved away from the area. Trying to find a good mechanic in my new town has proven a tiresome process. I have yet to find anyone who even compares to the service I received at A and D. I still come to town to visit family and I still take my car to be serviced there while I am in town. I just hope nothing major goes on with my car because a tow ride to his shop 300 miles away would be an expensive one, but probably worth it.
