Chico Car Care Rocks! My daughter attends Chico State University and check engine light came on. She had never taken a car to a mechanic and she was a bit uneasy about it....then came Pat. From the moment I called Pat I knew we were in good hands! My daughter dropped off the car and said Pat was very nice. Pat even hired an Uber for her to get back to school and to pick her up at school when vehicle was repaired.....the same day! Overall great experience at CCC and I highly recommend Pat and his staff. can not do the work they say they can and charge for parts that they have taken out to work on and then they brake after they work on it and send me a bill for the things they are responsible for after working on them i will never send anyone or go back to this shop
