They call when they say they will. Brenda gave us a ride wherever we needed in Oroville. She's super sweet. They fixed a simple problem on our car which we thought was going to be expensive, for free. Who does that? They do. Love them & will definitely go back to them for our future auto needs. Chico Car Care Rocks! My daughter attends Chico State University and check engine light came on. She had never taken a car to a mechanic and she was a bit uneasy about it....then came Pat. From the moment I called Pat I knew we were in good hands! My daughter dropped off the car and said Pat was very nice. Pat even hired an Uber for her to get back to school and to pick her up at school when vehicle was repaired.....the same day! Overall great experience at CCC and I highly recommend Pat and his staff. This shop is wonderful. I get all of my maintenance do at Fairchild Auto because they have a Honda Expert with over 20 years experience. Jeff the tech writer is very sharp and professional! The service is outstanding! And, they are very quick to get you in and out if the shop. This is a family owned business with awesome customer service! Thanks so much! KJ

can not do the work they say they can and charge for parts that they have taken out to work on and then they brake after they work on it and send me a bill for the things they are responsible for after working on them i will never send anyone or go back to this shop
