Again ABC steps up to the plate! I had what amounted to a dashboard warning light (and some kind of high-pitched squeal from the engine), just prior to a long-distance trip with my BMW X5. Hugo and team moved me up the line to get it sussed out, figured it was a loose gas cap, sent me on my way under the quoted price and 24 hours ahead of schedule. I trust these guys - TRUST. The work was completed quickly and had no problems.

The staff was friendly and performed the alignment check quickly. I was concerned about possible frame damage on a used car that I was considering purchasing and they directly addressed my concern about that issue instead of simply telling me the car was aligned well. While waiting outside, they got a chair for me to sit in, so that was nice, too. Chris Morris

The service at Rick's was terrific! I was on my way to take my son back to UC Irvine from Agoura when my battery and engine lights came on. It turns out I needed a new alternator and belts. Rick went out of his way to accomodate my schedule. He fixed my car promptly which enabled me to get my son back to UCI to attend class that afternoon.
