Had to throw in that 4-star rating, so you'd know I was paying attention! (The new tires are fine.) *** Would like GPS advice. I'm a map-persons, but my paper map doesn't tell me where the traffic tie-ups are. I don't think I could drive and wrestle my cell phone. Are there other options you might suggest that I look into?

What a PROFESSIONAL and CARING Office Manager. In addition, he's very KNOWLEDGEABLE, POLITE and knows how to treat a Customer right. He explains things thoroughly and in simple terms making it easy to understand your quote, repairs, etc. We've had a complete AAA bumper-to-bumper diagnostic analysis done on our vehicles. We took the laundry lists to Reliable Auto Repair to have them perform the actual repairs. After their review and inspection of AAA's reported problems, we were told by Reliable that some of the reported problems were unnecessary. As we trusted their judgement, expertise and workmanship, we went with their recommendations. As a result, this saved us hundreds of dollars!
