My rear bearing was completely screwed and they fixed it in a short amount of time but what was even better was the price and most importantly the customer service. They were extremely nice and made sure I understood the problem. They fixed my car in no time. I will definitely come back to them! Although hopefully I don't have to!

Very nice experience

Had my first experience with Pat's Garage when I took in my 2012 Fisker Karma for routine 10K mile service. Every aspect of the experience was terrific, starting with the initial consultation and advice, scheduling, reception, the work itself, and delivery. The Best body and paint work I've seen thus far. I highly recommend Spectrum, I recently had my BMW hit from the side and the paint and body work looks as if nothing happened, blended well and you can never tell it was hit! There reasonable, trustworthy and most important fast! They won't have your car on the back burner, will expedite quickly while being precise! They do everything from classics to common cars to expotics this is a great body shop! A+++ :)

I research the heck out of my shops because I care about my car. Jay was highly rated, and I was given a casual recommendation through FB. I pulled the trigger and brought in my '06 BMW for some scheduled maintenance. I got my rear brakes done, a coolant flush, and a brake flush. I quoted the same work through the dealer just up the street and Jay came more than 30% cheaper. He dropped me off at work, and also picked me up as well. Now that's service. He sent me pictures of the parts he replaced and kept me updated on the progress. It seems simple that someone would think to do this now, but most don't and I appreciate it. Never felt pressured or pushed. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable about my car. Since he worked at BMW SF for over 17 years, I thoroughly trust him. He is definitely my new go to guy for BMW Service. Thanks!
