Came for oil change even though it was busy my car was finished in a timely manner very pleased bringing my car here for service.

Got a flat and got it towed here because it was close to Cal Poly. People here are really nice and they fixed my tire for free! Brian was really cool and we had a friendly conversation while Mynor was fixing my tire very quickly. Probably the best experience I had at a car service location. Highly recommend! Jose Jimenez

Being a single woman I was hesitant to trust any repair shop and gladly my fears were for naught. The people at Our King Auto Repair are friendly, knowledgeable, and completely trustworthy. This company doesn’t take responsibility for damage caused by negligence of their mechanics. After four tows back and forth to their shop and a fifth to the shop that actually fixed the problem they don’t want to pay for what it costs to fix what was damaged caused at their shop, instead just want to offer a refund. This is like if they didn’t fix your brakes properly and you crash, they would just offer a refund on the brake job and not the damage caused by their negligence. It cost $650 to repair what their mechanic messed up and they want to offer me a $380 refund. Be aware, this company takes no responsibility for their actions. Off to small claims I go...

My wife’s expedition blew a heater hose while at Coffee Bean with steam coming out from under the hood she drove next door to American Tire. The guys “T” as in Mr. T was very helpful, even assisting her a tow to the dealer through AAA (garages don’t typically assist you going elsewhere, but they were helpful). Upon arriving to assess the problem I realized the “new” heater hoses are not hoses at all but rather multisegment manifolds. I felt comfortable with everything explained, they confirmed that the parts were available and it would be done by the end of day and it was. Very happy with the service and how we were treated. 5 star all the way!

Very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. They should change their name because they do much more than just tuneups and lube jobs. And, as a bonus, they are quick and friendly. One of the employees even offered to give me a ride there and back when my car had to be kept for a few days.

Established in 2000. I Erick Voss started Euro West Rovers back in 2000 then I moved on 2006 to Fullerton, Were I had a small custom shop for 8 years. Manny worked with me at Euro West for the 6 great years that I owned it and continued to work at Euro West after I moved on. One day him and I got to talking about how much fun we had at Euro West and decided we should join forces and work together again. So we looked for a new shop and found this building in April 2015 with 11,000 sq ft. this place will give us the opportunity to do the work and service that we feel is lacking in the service industry with honesty and integrity. Manny and I put our hearts and souls in everything we do for our customers and we are here for the long term! We have an open door policy, so if you are in the neighborhood come by and check us out!

This place is awesome. I was looking for a place near me that could perform an alignment on my 2007 Ford escape. The manager there (Don) gave me a great deal, presented me with excellent customer service and treated me like a human being. My sons Mustang was in our garage seems like forever we tried to get it towed to a shop but they wouldnt send a flat bed tow truck even when we request one about 3xs so my husband decided to put the fuel pump in himself while at the Auto Zone my husband met Ali and Ali gave him some advice and his ph# and said that he was mobile.We then decided to have Ali put the pump in. You can tell he KNOWS what he's doing/talking about.Ali had the fuel pump in it didn't take him long at all. And the price was GREAT!! From now on Ali will be our Mechanic and no one else!! THANK YOU ALI!!!

I brought the tire to get repaired. When the work was done, I asked how much I owned them because I did not purchase the tire at this store. The manger said it did not cost me anything. It was a compliment from the store. I was shock by his kindness. I definitely would go back for any tire service in the future. Mar Lau
