I took my SUV to the dealership for 10 years for its routine service, then (once the warranty wore off) I wised up and decided to visit a shop instead. My dad recommended Bergin's, and I'm so glad he did. These guys are the best. From the customer service to their expertise, I don't believe it gets any better. They're always efficient and communicative. They've given me a heads up to expect to have to replace/repair XYZ during my next oil change, which is so extremely helpful with budgeting. You guys rock! You picked up the car from our home, took care of biz, texted me a pic of an update. I called and told me that the running light actual holder/bracket burnt out. All in all, still $100 to repair about and you guys dropped it back in the afternoon. Super nice, super convenient with all that's going on with quarantine. I left a positive review on Yelp and posted on Nextdoor that you guys are open. Mario is knowledge and ready to help you to get your problem fixed. As always i have been taking my work to him almost 10 plus year, he handles my fleet with care. If you own sprinter take it to him in the area, will be lot less than the dealer. He got good team of mechanic and they are ready to help you.. good communication.. honest! got estimate from brake masters and they told me both front and back needed to be done asap. Hays mechanic looked at them and told me that front for sure but back could wait another 5-6 months if i didn't have money (i did not at the time) to do both. saved over $208 from the other estimate and they even changed the oil for free!

Had my 93 Chevrolet Silverado 4x4 at Performance Auto and could be happier with the service. The mechanic was polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The only problem I have is I'm moving to Oregon and my old girl will surely miss this shop. Kurt Devincentis

Mark and all the folks at Preferred Auto are the best. Since i have had a couple German cars lately i haven't been there for a year or two. When i brought in a used Acura for them to check before i bought, they did an extremely thorough check, and though it was low miles, the car was older and needed more work than i wished to do. The charge was more than reasonable, i would have been happy even if it had been 50% higher for the work done. They are always honest and fair and look out for their customers first. They clearly know that is what has made them so successful. THE BEST! Wish they worked on German sheet metal!! Howard Kaplan
