This company doesn’t take responsibility for damage caused by negligence of their mechanics. After four tows back and forth to their shop and a fifth to the shop that actually fixed the problem they don’t want to pay for what it costs to fix what was damaged caused at their shop, instead just want to offer a refund. This is like if they didn’t fix your brakes properly and you crash, they would just offer a refund on the brake job and not the damage caused by their negligence. It cost $650 to repair what their mechanic messed up and they want to offer me a $380 refund. Be aware, this company takes no responsibility for their actions. Off to small claims I go...

Joey is excellent! He is quick and accurate when diagnosing your car and explains everything very thoroughly. I've had issues on the road before and contacted him at odd hours and he responded quickly! Which shows he just isn't in the business to get your repair money he is genuinely concerned and wants to keep your car running great.
