We are new to Placerville and when my daughter's truck needed some repair work done our paving contractor recommended The Auto Analyst. They fixed my daughter's truck, and were very good at explaining everything so we could understand it. They were patient with any and all questions we had. They are very friendly, and made us feel like we had been a long time loyal customer even though it was our first time there. We have since used them for our other vehicles. It's nice to know that no matter how their day is going, they are always friendly and helpful. Oh, and their coffee and cookies are great too!

Needed a car badly. Went into Future Ford off Madison to find one. Didn't have high hopes. Was soon approached by JC Rosales and he was pleasant and friendly but made it easy that he had a sense of humor. Looked around and finally found what I was looking for.
