What can I say? Unbelievable service from Dan (the owner)! He personally stepped in and made a horrible situation bearable. Our daughter wrecked her beautiful BMW (which we purchased from Dan). She took it to the BMW dealership and they wanted $$$$ to fix it. I called Dan and he immediately started working to help me out. He studied the estimate from BMW, researched the parts needed to fix her car (way past office hours), and gave me an estimate of what he thought the repairs would run. And it's not a surprise it was a fraction of the previous estimate! Dan set up the tow, ordered the parts and fixed my daughter's car in less than a week. It was short of miraculous! On top of the incredible service, Dan threw in a personal 'car class' to educate our daughter how to properly take care of a car. Dan, we are so thankful and full of gratitude for everything you have done for us. You went above and beyond to help us out of a terrible bind. I had them performed an engine swap in my Jaguar. The job was complicated because I had a Corvette 5.7L engine used to replace the 4.0L Jaguar engine. The job was completed in 2 days without any problem. Other shops that wanted the job asked for 7 days at least. I'm glad I found these guys - they are now mechanic for life. Good job!!! I will highly recommend you to everyone.

Eric and his team were great. They didn't have my tire in stock and my dealership didn't have time to change my tire this weekend, so i purchased the tire from the dealership and these guys took care of me free of charge. Not only that, they informed me that the dealership sold me a used tired when i bought a new one. I appreciate these guys for being upfront and giving me advice on the situation. Will be returning for all repairs in the future.

Great customer service - I originally bought 4 Winnrun tires in Murrieta and "tested" them on my commute to work - 60 miles. Horrible tire for an Audi A4. Manager at store of purchase said they were similar to my Toyo's. Ummm, no...So I went into the Kearny Mesa location and was greeted by Daniel and Joey I told them my issue and was promptly issued a credit for the tires and exchanged them for a set of Toyo. Ryan is an amazing mechanic! Very knowledgable, personable, and honest. I recently moved from LA and have used the same mechanic for 15yrs on my Acura's, so I was hesitant to find a new one in SD. I was so pleased to find Ryan, b/c his approach was very similar to Jay my previous mechanic. He was able to fix my brakes, change the oil, replace the door locking mechanism, and have Hertz pick me up and get me a rental car: all for a reasonable price.

This place rocks. I took my car here for a complete engine rebuild, (already weary that I was using someone new to completely redo my engine) however, Thomas had good reviews from friends of mine. When I went I knew I was in good hands. He even made some minor repairs at no additional cost & now my car runs good as new. She has over 250,000 miles on it, but drives like brand new. I've been going to these guys for years and years, for all my cars. Today I came in to get a slow leak repaired - they did it for free, even though the car I brought in was on its original tires (in other words, I hadn't bought tires for that car at Tire Depot). I also trust these guys to mount tires on rare rims on my vintage vehicle. I think the longest wait I've ever had in all my years going here was about an hour-and-a-half. To top it all off, their prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommended. Greg McKim

Gary and Sharon have done it again! I have been going to their original shop Aero Auto for almost two decades because of their extraordinary service. They recently bought this shop, which is a little closer to my house, so I took my car in here last time. They have done a lot of work to fix it up so it looks nice inside and out. It's so nice to have an auto repair shop that is clean and professional. Sadly, it is still somewhat difficult to find shops that treat women with respect. But that is definitely not the case here! They have created a friendly, comfortable environment for anyone needing their car repaired. And with the free coffee and WiFi, maybe I'll just hang out next time I need my car fixed!
