What can I say? Unbelievable service from Dan (the owner)! He personally stepped in and made a horrible situation bearable. Our daughter wrecked her beautiful BMW (which we purchased from Dan). He studied the estimate from BMW, researched the parts needed to fix her car (way past office hours), and gave me an estimate of what he thought the repairs would run. And it's not a surprise it was a fraction of the previous estimate! Dan set up the tow, ordered the parts and fixed my daughter's car in less than a week. It was short of miraculous! On top of the incredible service, Dan threw in a personal 'car class' to educate our daughter how to properly take care of a car.
