Had a flat a year ago and stopped by and they fixed it in ten minutes. Did not want payment. Gave them a cash "tip" for their good service.Next two months ago bought four new tires. Called, made appt. arrived, tires on and out the door in less than 30 minutes. Price was right.Today, had a low pressure tire warning. Stopped by and they checked the tires, no puncture, added air and again did not want payment. They have a good attitude and excellent service.

I've been going here for a bit now since I moved into the area and don't plan on going anywhere else. No-pressure shop that's owned and operated by car guys who combine their passion with their work and are there to help you with whatever you throw their way.Turnaround time has always been as-quoted or sooner, prices are great, employees are super friendly (Steve is all smiles all the time), and I've always gotten great recommendations from them for things they don't specialize in. I had them performed an engine swap in my Jaguar. The job was complicated because I had a Corvette 5.7L engine used to replace the 4.0L Jaguar engine. The job was completed in 2 days without any problem. Other shops that wanted the job asked for 7 days at least. I'm glad I found these guys - they are now mechanic for life. Good job!!! Eric and his team were great. They didn't have my tire in stock and my dealership didn't have time to change my tire this weekend, so i purchased the tire from the dealership and these guys took care of me free of charge. Not only that, they informed me that the dealership sold me a used tired when i bought a new one. I appreciate these guys for being upfront and giving me advice on the situation. Will be returning for all repairs in the future.

Great customer service - I originally bought 4 Winnrun tires in Murrieta and "tested" them on my commute to work - 60 miles. Horrible tire for an Audi A4. Manager at store of purchase said they were similar to my Toyo's. Ummm, no...So I went into the Kearny Mesa location and was greeted by Daniel and Joey I told them my issue and was promptly issued a credit for the tires and exchanged them for a set of Toyo. I love FTS because I can trust them. That's a big thing for me when going to see a mechanic, especially for the first time. They have the most incredible reviews and I got a glowing referral for their services. They lived up to ALL the hype. I went in for an oil change and I got a no-nonsense assessment of what needed to be done and when. They didn't try to oversell me or get me to fix things that weren't in need of repair. I really appreciate that! They also worked quickly and got me in with little notice and completed my service before the estimated time. I will definitely be back to FTS, in fact, I have my other car scheduled for this week. :)

I've taken my Audi TT roadster to Griffin's several times. They have take great care of the care of it. They know the ins and outs of repairing Audis, so I'm not waiting for days while they scout around for parts and figure out how to get the repair done. Great Service, Great Price. Quality is legitimate, staff is knowledgable, Service has INCLUDED extended warranty, on service and parts performed by JCM. Multiple Lifts in Garage, Fully equipped with toolsets as well as various specialty tools. EXPECTED repair cost by me: $500+ ACTUAL repair cost by JCM $50. Owner Jeff is very knowledgable of mechanics, as well as his staff of mechanics that know a great amount about the work they do. The VERY BEST PRICE. JCM uses quality Japanese parts, and at virtually cost prices. There are some reviews that post negative remarks however, I did not experience those types of behavior during my visits here. I've been going to these guys for years and years, for all my cars. Today I came in to get a slow leak repaired - they did it for free, even though the car I brought in was on its original tires (in other words, I hadn't bought tires for that car at Tire Depot). I also trust these guys to mount tires on rare rims on my vintage vehicle. I think the longest wait I've ever had in all my years going here was about an hour-and-a-half. To top it all off, their prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommended. Greg McKim

Gary and Sharon have done it again! I have been going to their original shop Aero Auto for almost two decades because of their extraordinary service. They recently bought this shop, which is a little closer to my house, so I took my car in here last time. They have done a lot of work to fix it up so it looks nice inside and out. It's so nice to have an auto repair shop that is clean and professional. Sadly, it is still somewhat difficult to find shops that treat women with respect. But that is definitely not the case here! They have created a friendly, comfortable environment for anyone needing their car repaired. And with the free coffee and WiFi, maybe I'll just hang out next time I need my car fixed!
