Needed a car badly. Went into Future Ford off Madison to find one. Didn't have high hopes. Was soon approached by JC Rosales and he was pleasant and friendly but made it easy that he had a sense of humor. Looked around and finally found what I was looking for. Unfortunately it was a little over my budget but JC made it work. I was so grateful that he made it a good experience. Thank you again and I'm referring him to all my friends and family.

Jeremias took $3500 from me to put a used engine in my old car. Once he took possession of it and took the head off, the game was over. When removing your car and going somewhere else is no longer an option, you have the tiger by the tail. The "cost" kept increasing up to $1800 that I still (involuntarily) agreed to. ($1500 had been my target cost) The last day he told me the final price was $3100, (+ the $700 for the used, untested motor...which was BAD) without my having approved of THAT absurd figure. Many "chores" were charged as separate procedures to jack up the price. Charging hours of labor for motor mounts when the engine is being replaced anyway is one example. The engine had no oil pressure and the "engine" light was on. Smog was due in six weeks and a component was missing. I had to sell the car for junk ($49 at Pick N Pull) and I had to go to court. I won in court but he won't pay. The sheriff went for a "till tap" but couldn't collect any money because he does cash transactions from his pocket. His profile with the BBB and others was not consistent with his past life, as far as years in auto repair, etc. He knows every trick in the book. "If you give this man your ride, sweet memories will die." (slight variation of the Jim Morisson song) I have all the paperwork to prove these comments, from the greed-driven invoice from 1st Choice to the $49 receipt from Pick N Pull. In court he acts confused and thinks I should have brought it BACK to him! I'm actually a little curious to see how high his lack of shame would allow him to raise the price. Of course I regret paying the total to remove my car. I should have let him keep it, but I thought the legal route was the way to go. Well...not so much with this slick operator.

The first mistake was I have poor credit, So when me and my son walked in sucker was on are forhead , He said we could make a deal, boy boy so happy THEN//// He showed us some nice cars a blue PtCRUISE . THat was the one well the sorry is it broke down and I had to have it towed to pep boys which said it would cost 3100 to fix, but it wasnt the head gasket , it gets hot, the drivers window broke, the back window wont stay lifted up, and I have only made 8 payment I ask them , would you be happy with this deal, there rated F at the better bussimess bureau I sure wished I would of called them.

We are new to Placerville and when my daughter's truck needed some repair work done our paving contractor recommended The Auto Analyst. They fixed my daughter's truck, and were very good at explaining everything so we could understand it. They were patient with any and all questions we had. They are very friendly, and made us feel like we had been a long time loyal customer even though it was our first time there. We have since used them for our other vehicles. It's nice to know that no matter how their day is going, they are always friendly and helpful. Oh, and their coffee and cookies are great too!

Worst shop I have ever been to. Don't understand what customer service is. Don't act like they care if your there or going to an RV place down in Sacramento. Did not want to deal with my extended warranty for my RV.?? I have no ideal how they are open? I would give them 0 stars if I could. Don't waste your time at idle wheels rv.

My step dad recommended I take my truck to Hahn's after I was quoted by a Sacramento shop at $370.00 to replace a part that caused a failed smog check and was quoted $590.00 for a full tune up. Hahn's replaced the part, did the tune-up and oil change, checked brakes and rotated tires for $598.00! Not to mention their front office person Christi was very helpful, friendly, and attentive over the phone. I'm from Sutter Creek, but live in Sacramento and will try to do all my servicing/repairs at Hahn's. I saved over $500.00 dollars taking it here instead of Sac Auto (16th Street) and Hahn's did more than Sac Auto would have. Saved money and got more done! Highly recommend!!
