Chevron Extra Mile

his gas station has poor service by the manager and he was unreasonable with the situation. I paid for the highest price at their gas station and waited over 20 minutes because they had a malfunction with their car wash. We decided to back out and leave and return the following weekend instead (how inconvenient). When we got there, our code didn't work. We went to talk to the manager and in return he gave us their cheapest car wash. He would not budge... Not only was it an inconvenient to sit and wait and then return but we got ripped off on what we paid for. I left the place with a flimsy wash and my car was still soaking. I was pretty UPSET! I don't think I'll return for a car wash there EVER AGAIN!!!
