I brought my 2010 Jeep Wrangler in for transmission issues about a year or so ago. Less than 5 months later, my Jeep began leaking really bad again. About 5 months later like clockwork, my Jeep started leaking bad for the third time. In my opinion, I believe they did not do a complete and thorough check of all potential leak problems or they lack the skillsl to do the job right the first time. I won’t go back to these people again

I've been to these guys before for an alternator replacement and they did a great job. When I realized my car was leaking oil I brought my car to them to find out what was going on. They took the time to look carefully for the source of the leaks and found the valve cover gasket had shrunk over time and the bolts had worked their way loose. They also noted that the radiator and heater hoses were old and cracked. The car was leaking oil AND water! Nathan and Kevin replaces the gaskets and hoses, tightened the bolts and attended to a few other issues. I got my car back running like new! I'm really impressed with their attention to detail. Honestly, I am impressed with the care Ohana gave to my 2015 Acura RLX with 40,000 miles on it. I have lived in Stockton since 1975 and been to many auto shops over the years. Go in and meet RJ you will find right off the bat he doesn't play games. He only will do work on a vehicle according to the factory maintenance that's required by the manufactures book. I tried to cut corners on the lubricant used he showed me why not to do that and said he could only do it the right way I greatly appreciated the education. I am a very critical person and trust has to be earned with me. Ohana is the only shop I will take my Acura or Chevrolet 3500 Silverado 1 ton Dually to. give them a try they have EARNED my trust their prices are very reasonable too that's always a plus. My Acura is a expensive luxury car and Ohana returned it to me with no oil smears clean and windows washed. I appreciated that very much. very pleased client Michael Gomez

Of course, I told them I understood if they couldn't get to it sooner than later. Mike made the exception for me and gave exceptional service too. Instead of giving that knee-jerk response so many people do of a deep sigh and a long pause to work it out in their head, Mike double checked, made it happen, and didn't make me feel like I owed him one for doing me a favor. I tried to leave him some extra cash for being so generous and he said no way and that he was happy to help. I left the $20 for him anyway on my way out because good people with great attitudes should be rewarded for going above and beyond.
