Robert and Ricardo went above and beyond my expectations. I wanted to compare the Yokohama and Nitto tires side by side in person so I asked if I can order both tires and decide from there. No problem with a big smile was the answer I got and they had both tires at the store within a couple of hours and installed them that same day. They drove me home and picked me up when it was all done. They had the lowest price in Valencia who had good performance tire brand and sizes I wanted in stock plus "REBATES". I went back the next day and purchased another set of Hankook tires and once again, I wasn't sure if I should get the V12 or S1s. So they ordered both for me again and I decided to go for the V12s. To be able to compare 4 sets of tires side by side and only buy 2 sets without a deposit is unheard of these days unless the shop is confident that they can sell anything and everything the customer wants to see. I will surely be back just for this reason alone. If you're picky and love premium hi-end performance tires, then this is the shop for you. They surely have all the good stuff and the shop is definitely capable. A lot of negative reviews here and yet people keep on coming. They're busy for a reason. So go figure. Don de los Reyes

Star Auto Service is amazing. They really do the job right and take care of their customers. From the shuttle service to calling and giving me updates, I really appreciate their attention to detail. They even gave me a loaner car -- a Mustang which is considerably cooler than the minivan I left for repair. I've had a problem with an automatic side door that wouldn't stay open. The dealer spent an entire day and insisted I'd have to replace the whole door. I brought it to Star Auto and they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. They sent me a diagnostic of the whole car with pictures identifying the problem. Excellent service and great repair. A+++++ Jodi B.

Got a flat and got it towed here because it was close to Cal Poly. People here are really nice and they fixed my tire for free! Brian was really cool and we had a friendly conversation while Mynor was fixing my tire very quickly. Probably the best experience I had at a car service location. Highly recommend! Jose Jimenez

1 year ago my brother-in-law referred me to Midas Diamond Bar after I told him I felt the Toyota dealer I had been going for 3 years up-sold some unnecessary services to me. Since then this place has been my go-to shop for all my car maintenance and repair. The staff (Nitin) was really nice and very honest. Doesn't try to push some unnecessary services to you. My sons Mustang was in our garage seems like forever we tried to get it towed to a shop but they wouldnt send a flat bed tow truck even when we request one about 3xs so my husband decided to put the fuel pump in himself while at the Auto Zone my husband met Ali and Ali gave him some advice and his ph# and said that he was mobile.We then decided to have Ali put the pump in. You can tell he KNOWS what he's doing/talking about.Ali had the fuel pump in it didn't take him long at all. And the price was GREAT!! From now on Ali will be our Mechanic and no one else!! THANK YOU ALI!!!
