My Mercedes 2003 c240. The whole front end was busted. Conrtol arms, bushings, etc. I took it in, and the work was fantastic! My car came back clean, and running smooth! I'll be back for my shocks and hoses my car needs. I'm super happy with the service! Happy I found someone I can trust, and knows my Mercedes. YAY!

I never thought I'd find a mechanic that would delight me enough to write a 5 star review, but this place is different than any other auto mechanic I've ever dealt with.I came in for regular 30K service and spongy brakes, expecting a costly brake job, among other things. After dropping off the car, my phone rang a short while later. I answered, going into my typical defensive mode that I've grown accustomed to from past experience with auto mechanics, ready to question every single thing "wrong" with the car and the thousands of dollars about to be estimated to fix it."Your car's fine," said the voice on the other end. He explained that the brakes had plenty of life left and just needed to be bled. The only thing needed was an oil change and new air filter. The honest diagnosis was the most refreshing words I've ever heard coming through the phone from an auto mechanic

The Garage has been my place to go - finally a place I can trust and with really good knowledge of what they do best - Repair Vehicles! They are very friendly especially Warren. They always take me in even when it's a last minute emergency. Their estimates are very good. They work long hours. Most importantly, they care about their reputation. The Best body and paint work I've seen thus far. I highly recommend Spectrum, I recently had my BMW hit from the side and the paint and body work looks as if nothing happened, blended well and you can never tell it was hit! There reasonable, trustworthy and most important fast! They won't have your car on the back burner, will expedite quickly while being precise! They do everything from classics to common cars to expotics this is a great body shop! A+++ :)

I research the heck out of my shops because I care about my car. Jay was highly rated, and I was given a casual recommendation through FB. I pulled the trigger and brought in my '06 BMW for some scheduled maintenance. I got my rear brakes done, a coolant flush, and a brake flush. I quoted the same work through the dealer just up the street and Jay came more than 30% cheaper. He dropped me off at work, and also picked me up as well. Now that's service. He sent me pictures of the parts he replaced and kept me updated on the progress. It seems simple that someone would think to do this now, but most don't and I appreciate it. Never felt pressured or pushed. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable about my car. Since he worked at BMW SF for over 17 years, I thoroughly trust him. He is definitely my new go to guy for BMW Service. Thanks!

Tom and the gang at PV Garage have performed services on my wife's Mercedes ... cleaning out a nasty rat's nest under the hood and repairing the wires they chewed through ... and most recently a brake job on my GMC Yukon. I rolled in at 6:30pm on Friday with my brake lights not going off when i turned off the car. obviously, if i didn't get this fixed, the battery would drain and i'd be out of luck with a dead battery by Saturday morning. I went to the front desk and asked if the mechanics were still on duty. he said they were off at 5pm, but i could go in there and ask if they could do me a favor. owner/operator/master technician chris stepped right up and how he could help me. i explained the issue and he spent about 5-10 minutes working my issue and sure enough he figured it out and at least came up with a temporary solution. he told me what to do to arrange a permanent fix and didn't try to tell me to bring it in Monday so he could fix it for a bunch of money. i asked him if i could compensate him for this mini consultation...and he declined. an owner/operator/master technician who's still at his shop 1.5 hours after closing time on a Friday willing to stand tall and help out someone in need seems like a pretty solid guy to me and a guy who's doing what it takes to make his business successful. I'll be taking my BMW to Chris for service going forward.

Jorge of Baja's auto tech has done several jobs for me over the last year. He has been honest with me and given me a good price every time. He has not tried to convince me to do something that doesn't really need to be done. He trouble shoots problems like a master mechanic should and only does what makes sense to do. I'm happy that I can trust him and that he gets my job done quickly. I highly reccomend him!

This is the ONLY place I take my Porsche. Don and his team provide excellent service. An example : My alternator went out & after a night on the trickle charge I thought I could make it over. Unfortunately my care died only a few blocks away. I explained my situation to Don and he sent a mechanic over with an extra battery to assist me in completing the journey to the shop.
