I've been going to Autowise for years. The people who work there are friendly and professional. Right now my family owns and maintains 5 cars. Autowise services all of them, and I have never been stuck by the side of the road in any of them because they do such good work. That is very important to me, especially when my children are behind the wheel. As far as price goes...cars are not cheap to maintain! I would recommend that you shop around. You might find a better price, but remember the old saying...You get what you pay for!

I own a 2000 Porsche Boxster with 61,000 miles, so I came for the 60,000 mile service. I had an extremely positive experience at Zentrum. Three words come to mind with regard to Zentrum Motors…CUSTOMER SERVICE, HONESTY and WOKMANSHIP. Joe greeted me, sat me down and assessed my needs. I told him that I was concerned about the rib belt. I had purchased the car recently and was unsure if the rib belt had been changed. As it turned out the rib belt was good and it did not need changing They could have told me different and I would not known the difference. They replaced the spark plug coils as they were cracked. And repaired/replaced leaking sparkplug tubes among other things. The car is now running soooo good. And a gain of 3 miles per gallon is the tangible proof. The BEST tire place! The atmosphere of the business is very relaxed and friendly, and they make sure that if you decide to wait there, you're totally comfortable doing so. But more importantly, they're fast and efficient, polite and courteous, and have good pricing with no tricksy upselling. I've bought tires here and had them checked just for tire pressure; nobody made me feel dumb for requesting that simple service. The wonderful person who helped me today was Kurt, and if you ever get to deal with him, he's an angel. He was super kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. He's a huge part of why Redwood General Tire will continue to get my business for years to come.

I took my car to Alex about a week ago. One of the best mechanics I've ever been to. He took the time to check what's wrong with my car and got back to me with a fair estimate and price for labor. I recommend California Auto works to anyone looking for a FAIR price and a good family business. Anyone telling you otherwise is just looking for a cheap deal versus good honest work.
