I took a 2004 Kia Optima to AER quite a while ago. I did some shopping around asking other Mechanic shops for prices and what they do. I settled with AER because they gave reasonable prices. After i left them the car, it took them maybe 2 days to call me back and tell of the additional parts my car needed and gave me a revised estimate. It was a bit more that i had thought it would be but i agreed to continue with the work. Starting from day one, it took them a little less than two weeks to repair my Kia. To this day I have not had any problems with them. Thank you AER for a great service.

Came here because I had a flat tire. But not only that I needed an oil change so this individual camilo took care of me really fast. They did not put paper mats on the floor of the car or cover the seats. I had oil on the side of my car and on the driver mat. The service rep Jim was rude and this was not the first time. I called and asked for a manager to call me back with no response. Lack of response screams volumes.
