I love FTS because I can trust them. That's a big thing for me when going to see a mechanic, especially for the first time. They have the most incredible reviews and I got a glowing referral for their services. They lived up to ALL the hype. I went in for an oil change and I got a no-nonsense assessment of what needed to be done and when. They didn't try to oversell me or get me to fix things that weren't in need of repair. I really appreciate that! They also worked quickly and got me in with little notice and completed my service before the estimated time. I will definitely be back to FTS, in fact, I have my other car scheduled for this week. :)

Great customer service - I originally bought 4 Winnrun tires in Murrieta and "tested" them on my commute to work - 60 miles. Horrible tire for an Audi A4. Manager at store of purchase said they were similar to my Toyo's. Ummm, no...So I went into the Kearny Mesa location and was greeted by Daniel and Joey I told them my issue and was promptly issued a credit for the tires and exchanged them for a set of Toyo. I had the most annoying squeaking noises coming from my front brakes. Elite Lexus service center diagnosed the problem over the phone which was from using aftermarket Lexus brake pads. I made an appointment the same day to have my Lexus brake pads replaced with original Lexus parts. The brakes are now as silent and I don't have to pretend not to hear these noises from my Lexus brakes. I would recommend this place for their knowledgeable Lexus specialist.

I love Range Rovers and to find such a great team that might love them more then me, wow! They took care of my car and set me up with some sweet after market part.Very happy with there work. Also they threw in a free oil change for fist timers. They told me to tell a friend so here I am. thanks

I've been going to these guys for years and years, for all my cars. Today I came in to get a slow leak repaired - they did it for free, even though the car I brought in was on its original tires (in other words, I hadn't bought tires for that car at Tire Depot). I also trust these guys to mount tires on rare rims on my vintage vehicle. I think the longest wait I've ever had in all my years going here was about an hour-and-a-half. To top it all off, their prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommended. Greg McKim

You will not find a nicer person than Tony. This guy CARES and is extremely knowledgeable about vehicles. We just bought a 1984 Chevy RV and the guy we bought it from said the carburator didn't work correctly. We took it to him and he checked it out and easily could have charged us to "rebuild" it as we were convinced it was that and it could cost hundred of dollars to fix. He went through the whole engine and found that it was the vacuum hoses and he replaced them all, and the belts on the 1984 were rough. He said you can get away with driving it like that, and NO PRESSURE to make the decision, but we decided we didn't want to break down on the way to the desert! He worked hard and long on our RV and made sure EVERYTHING was looked at and he charged us what we thought was going to be hundred of dollars just $150 after 4 hours of work! We were there the whole time and he never stopped. If you want someone who is going to treat you right, call Tony! You wont be disappointed! He normally works on cars, but offered to help us out in a time of need. If you need a good mechanic that works on your cars the right way and treats you the "right" way, call Tony!

ELT #163 is the best shop in the city, hands down. Tnoy and his crew have the knowledge to work on any make and model, and the give it to you straight and without the BS. I've been going to them for over 10 years and they have not failed me yet. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with other shady repair shops; this is the place to go!!! Phillip and Michael are the friendliest mechanics I have ever taken a car to. They are all about making the customer happy. These guys take pride in their work and it shows. Anyone with a BMW knows even an oil change can be pricey but not at B and B. Their price for an oil change is unbeatable for BMW owners. Another shop told me I shouldn't worry about my powered convertible top not working due to the age of my car and prices of convertible components. These guys took the time to check it out and notice it was just a switch on the motor that was turned off. They did not charge for me "fixing" my top but could have. I also had a window regulator replaced at B and B for much less than another local shop did the other regulator for and they did it very quickly while I waited. Do yourself a favor and check them out before you go to a shop that charges $100.00 for an oil change or diagnostic.

Gary and Sharon have done it again! I have been going to their original shop Aero Auto for almost two decades because of their extraordinary service. They recently bought this shop, which is a little closer to my house, so I took my car in here last time. They have done a lot of work to fix it up so it looks nice inside and out. It's so nice to have an auto repair shop that is clean and professional. Sadly, it is still somewhat difficult to find shops that treat women with respect. But that is definitely not the case here! They have created a friendly, comfortable environment for anyone needing their car repaired. And with the free coffee and WiFi, maybe I'll just hang out next time I need my car fixed!

I had my car towed for no start, and the mechanic called after 20 mints for an estimete and told me the car needed a battery and thats all. The car was fixed in no time and i was on my way to work, They where great. Thanks Guys

Great job done. No nonsense. I would recommend this place to relatives and people I care about. I think the gas prices scare people away, but the mechanic is top notch.
