Fantastic service and really great prices. When there was a discrepancy between the numbers that were shared with me initially, they honored the cheaper price and were extremely helpful walking me through the repairs.

These people have very different vibe than any other shop and I have been to many in my life. They don’t try to upsell you or use some cheep “time pressure” techniques. They honestly look at your car, give you their opinion and very fair price and let you decide what and when you want to fix. I never felt pressured into anything, unlike all other places. I stumbled accross these mechanics through my doughter’s acquaintance and thought to myself at first” another shop we will be testing for a few months untill we get tired of them selling us repairs we don’t need” but do far I have been here about 5 times for various things, I had a very pleasurable experience with both the owner and the young gentleman that works there. Recommend to every body who is tired of being hustled by a money hungry & commission driven people.

I highly recommend this auto car repair facility to anyone. I was referred to this shop by a friend after my 2014 Dodge was having transmission problems. I have limited knowledge of cars, I was fearing the worst. Louis had "best in class" customer service, very honest and straight to the point . Took them over two weeks for the repairs. Asked them to keep us updated, but never did. Only when we called did we find out about delays parts needed to be ordered, etc. $5K worth of work, I think it's okay to expect to be treated a bit more professionally.

I think you overcharged me with the oil change service. For the same service in other places, I only paid $60-$65.

The people at harbor view Mobil were kind, knowledgable and efficient. My car was acting up while I was out of town and both Chris and Tony assured me that everything was going to be ok and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I've had good luck taking my jeep here for servicing. The mechanics here were able to solve a problem that kept causing the engine light to constantly come on. I'd taken my jeep elsewhere in town and the problem was never resolved until I brought my car here. I would definitely recommend this shop.
