OET had my problem diagnosed within two hours and had my car back to me within the same day. I was shocked when I was told that the problem was minor. My repair cost substantially less than I expected. I knew then, that I had finally found an honest mechanic.

What I love about this place is that they are courteous and helpful. I called and spoke w/ Bill the manager told him my issue, brought my car in and because it was just a minor issue I was in and out in about 30 mins or less!!! I will definitely take my car back there!

Went here on a referral with a coupon to have AC service. Mechanic did a good job , didn't try to up charge me. Honesty and integrity very much appreciated don't find that with a lot of mechanics these days!

The staff was friendly and performed the alignment check quickly. I was concerned about possible frame damage on a used car that I was considering purchasing and they directly addressed my concern about that issue instead of simply telling me the car was aligned well. I would have to say that they are the best at what they do. I took my car wrecked from the accident. They towed my car for free to their shop and started on the paperwork right away. Not only they are honest, they are also reliable. In only 3 weeks I had my car back, in perfect condition. A+ to Pristine Auto. God forbid I have another accident, Pristine is my body shop!

Amazing work. The owner Kenni is an amazing woman. It makes me feel so comfortable taking my car somewhere to get an oil change especially being a woman because I know they will always be honest with me. I will always come here for any of my car needs.

I was on vacation with my family and I had a tire that kept losing air. This place hooked me up with a new tire valve and got me back on the road in no time! Excellent customer service at this American Tire Depot, I didn't had no problem at the first tire depot in Torrance on Hawthorne Blvd when I purchase my tire set but after today I'm really disapointed I called a appt for my tires to be rotated the guy was able to give me the appt the same day I was happy but meanwhile my truck was getting a oil change @ the dealership which took almost 2hrs instead of 1hr so made me late to my appt at American tire depot in Torrance so I get there and the guy didn't want to help me at all because it was almost 3 o'clock and had 4 cars ahead of me. I wouldn't mind to wait but he didn't even offer me. Instead he wanted to give me an appt for tomorrow, so I started calling all the American Tire depot around my area and found me the 1 in Hawthorne in Rosecrans Ave the guy who answer my called told me to come in and was going to help me with my rotation and they sure did help me ASAP when I got there and was out in less then a 1hr thank you guys so so so much for your help. Hubert has always been good on communicating with me and telling me when something is not needed. I moved to the south bay over 10 years ago and he's always been my 1st call for any of our auto needs. I highly recommend. They specialize in Amsoil and that all I run on my wife's Honda and my F350. Don't get me wrong they have a vary of supplies.

The service at Rick's was terrific! I was on my way to take my son back to UC Irvine from Agoura when my battery and engine lights came on. It turns out I needed a new alternator and belts. Rick went out of his way to accomodate my schedule. He fixed my car promptly which enabled me to get my son back to UCI to attend class that afternoon. Joey is excellent! He is quick and accurate when diagnosing your car and explains everything very thoroughly. I've had issues on the road before and contacted him at odd hours and he responded quickly! Which shows he just isn't in the business to get your repair money he is genuinely concerned and wants to keep your car running great.
