I called and talked to George. He answered all my questions. gave me a quote and took his time with me. Driving a luxury car I am use to having shops and dealerships charging outrageous amounts for work and products. George changed all that. He was honest and even gave me a better deal than the best possible price I could find. He then ordered my tires for me and had them the same day. When it came to the work. they were very detailed and true experts. The work was flawless. Very friendly staff. I wish I could give them 5 more stars as they are a cut above the rest. Erik and his staff give a whole new meaning to honesty, customer care, and quality service. They stand behind their warranty 100% without question. The car went in for a secondary air problem. This was fixed, but the fix caused related problem. Without question, Erik had his master mechanic fix it completely, including all other unexpected related problems to avoid another trip to the shop all under the original warranty. He ensured that only the best service would be done and the car would be fixed perfectly. Any other service center would have tried to skirt around the warranty and force the customer to pay. Took the behicle back for an oil change and they discovered a leak in the coolant line. They fixed it perfectly. Unknown to them, the part was defective. They have fixed it without question and within one day. They are always honest and respectful with their customers. You can not go wrong using this establishment, and highly recommed you use this Firestone service.

Absolutely love this place! We have both bought a car through JP, and take our other MBs here for Service. They do an excellent job! Probably the most honest place in town. I came because Econo Lube told me I needed new brakes which sounded fishy since they were about a year old. Came here and after a few minutes they said I didn't need them. They just needed some tweaking and cleaning. Boom! Worked like new, no more terrible noise, they wouldn't even take my money. What a sham!!!! This place could have killed my son! This shop came highly recommended from a close family friend! OMG the work was so bad! We did the tires on my sons first car and it was his first purchase for his new to him car!!! He decided to buy 4 new tires with an alignment! We made sure to align it because it was lowered and we wanted to make sure the tire wear was even! He happened to have a blow out last night! His tires are roughly a year and a half old or so at this point! He has put 8k miles on the tires in that time!!! When he changed his tire he asked me about the tire saying inside but on the outside of the tire! I looked at it when he got home and sure enough all 4 of his tires were installed backwards and have been spinning against the designed direction. This alone can cause the tires to peel off throwing the tread off of the wheel! When he took his car to A Plus today they refused to replace the warranty tires saying because the car is lowered they won’t warranty them, even if they installed them and aligned it while it was lowered! They told me he wasn’t rotating them and we have 2 times already he only has 8k on the tires!!! I brought it to their attention about them being installed backwards and they ignored me completely! Please stay away from this shop I am a shop owner, I would never ignore the safety of my customers or their families! As a shop owner it is my Pet peeve to knowingly screw someone over especially a young adult that doesn’t know any better! You should be ashamed of yourselves! Please don’t trust them this could have killed my son and to be ignored about it!

This is one mechanic shop that you would like to visit when you really need your car fixed. They really take care of you, very honest, reasonable and they do things right the first time.
