This place is a scam and rip me off.... took my car in for not starting. they piggy back a connector to my fuel pump relay and charged me for something that it was not even replaced!!!! found out from another shop when the car have the same issues and symptoms. DON'T TAKE TO THIS PLACE!!! call them and never call me back. DO NOT TAKE TO THIS PLACE!! THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF THE OWNER IS A CROOK!!!

I had to take 2 cars in last week. Not only were they fast, but honest! As a female, it's tough to find an honest mechanic that won't overcharge for services. They courteous, on time with both cars and came in a smidge under both estimates!! Would absolutely recommend them!!! Heather Bruno Tutton

Star Auto Service is amazing. They really do the job right and take care of their customers. From the shuttle service to calling and giving me updates, I really appreciate their attention to detail. They even gave me a loaner car -- a Mustang which is considerably cooler than the minivan I left for repair. I've had a problem with an automatic side door that wouldn't stay open. The dealer spent an entire day and insisted I'd have to replace the whole door. I brought it to Star Auto and they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. They sent me a diagnostic of the whole car with pictures identifying the problem. Excellent service and great repair. A+++++ Jodi B.

Not sure I can recommend these place for service! After having many of my Classic Automobiles exhaust done there and recently my Suzuki Samurai with 74,xxx original miles and spending $400 on the entire exhaust. I was suppose to get a call back regarding the warranty on the Cat (Catalytic Converter ODB I) installed in April 2012.. The vehicle has less than 600 miles on it since this was installed.. Never received a call regarding the warranty.. Unhappy customer and potential lost customer in the future because of this..

Very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. They should change their name because they do much more than just tuneups and lube jobs. And, as a bonus, they are quick and friendly. One of the employees even offered to give me a ride there and back when my car had to be kept for a few days.

We used to have a family friend fix all of our vehicles but when he moved out of state his brother didn't do much for us. So we started to see Paul at American Tire Depot on Magnolia and he and his team really took great care of our vehicles. Got a flat and got it towed here because it was close to Cal Poly. People here are really nice and they fixed my tire for free! 1 year ago my brother-in-law referred me to Midas Diamond Bar after I told him I felt the Toyota dealer I had been going for 3 years up-sold some unnecessary services to me. Since then this place has been my go-to shop for all my car maintenance and repair. The staff (Nitin) was really nice and very honest. Doesn't try to push some unnecessary services to you. They make sure that they take care of you nice and fairly and that you feel comfortable with them so you will come back. And I will def come back. -Jared Wu

I really dreaded looking for new care for my 2002 car. I had always stuck with Honda servicing on a regular basis. Unfortunately it seemed to become a chore, with impersonal interest, raising prices, and some questionable recommendations for work to be done. My son is a master mechanic but does not live close by. I let him know what was going on and he found me the Perris Auto Repair Center. I cannot be happier with them, the brothers are all so welcoming and yet feel very professional. I took a 2004 Kia Optima to AER quite a while ago. I did some shopping around asking other Mechanic shops for prices and what they do. I settled with AER because they gave reasonable prices. After i left them the car, it took them maybe 2 days to call me back and tell of the additional parts my car needed and gave me a revised estimate. It was a bit more that i had thought it would be but i agreed to continue with the work. Starting from day one, it took them a little less than two weeks to repair my Kia. To this day I have not had any problems with them. Thank you AER for a great service.
