I used to go to a mechanic close to my house and discovered that they usually did not completely fix the problem and kept repeating that my car is old and will not last very long. That was three years ago. I started going to Lima Auto and found out that driving a little bit is definitely worthwhile. Chris and Mike are honest and reliable in all they do. If you come in with a problem and they deem it minor, they let you know. They never exaggerate the problem and their cost is reasonable. They are courteous and work with integrity. If and when I have mechanical/car issues, I really stopped worrying because I know and trust Chris and Mike to help me.

This place was busy right away this morning when I arrived. Still they were able to squeeze me in. I thought I need a tire patched as it was flat. Ends up it was only a bad valve stem. They switched it out in no time and didn't t even charge. I was pretty surprised and quite speechless. Thanks a lot guys. This was the only place that can get my tire on the fly. I have a tire size that's hard to find quickly and The pricing was perfect. The service was great!! And pretty quick. I came in today and will be back in a few weeks for more work. I had a screw that was in a very bad area of my tire preventing it to be repaired. I had backed into a curb and twisted my muffler. It was leaking exhaust and making quite a racket. The Tru-Line guys assessed the problem and got me same day over to a great muffler shop to get it fixed up. So technically they didn't repair it, but they diagnosed it and got me taken care of with a great muffler shop. Great service. Quick. I'd go back again.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. They should change their name because they do much more than just tuneups and lube jobs. And, as a bonus, they are quick and friendly. One of the employees even offered to give me a ride there and back when my car had to be kept for a few days.

The best in the Valley, excellent customer service, the owner is so kind, he will take care of the customer and your car, when I need to do oil change (synthetic) I go to him, and for my tires I think I bought 3 sets of tires with him for a good price. He is the Man. -Mike D.
