I made an appointment the night before for 7:30am the next morning (apparently appointments aren't necessary though), but of course, I overslept and missed it. When I arrived at 10:30am, they were all very forgiving and super kind. Besides being very knowledgable, the staff was eager to help and was very patient at my lack of knowledge about car/auto stuff. There's complimentary coffee and soft drinks available for you as you wait, as well as magazines and free wifi. They offered me a ride to work so I wouldn't have to sit and wait. The ride to and from work was pleasant - Jim was very friendly which made my ride to work nice. They called me a few times throughout the day to update me with what's happening with my car, which was helpful.While I don't know too much about standard pricing for auto services, I think the price I paid was very reasonable. I got a smog test, safety inspection, oil change, rotated tires, replaced my air filter and fixed an annoying crack on my windshield for around $170, which I don't think is bad. They made a list of parts I should replace for next time, and did not pressure me to get the things fixed now. Ultimately, given the price and the great service, this place is a pretty good deal. I'll be coming back here for all my auto/car related needs.

Howard and Chad always take care of me. They are totally dependable, honest, and capable. No baloney. They are not the cheapest place in town, but you get what you pay for, and they always stand behind their work.

They always tell you exact ally what is wrong with your automobile, and you can believe that is the truth. They stand behind their work. They are respectful, attentive and courteous. At the end of January 2013, my wife and I went to Livermore Ford to look at an 2002 Explorer that was advertised. When we got there, the vehicle was still in the rear of the dealership and filthy dirty beyond all belief both inside and out. It was obviously the truck was not ready to be shown so I'm not sure why it was listed. Anyway we test drove the truck after a very quick wash and immediately noticed some strange sounds and shifting issues. Ben, the salesman with us, heard us and texted another salesman, Shon, who was waiting for us on our return. He swore up and down that there was no transmission problem with the vehicle and that if there was they would not sell it. Although very pleasant, Shon, turned out to be a typical salesman. He promised things that never came to being and changed his story as we negotiated the possible sale of the truck. I really wish I would have walked away, but for some stupid reason I did not and we bought the truck. Also for the first time in my life of buying vehicles, especially used vehicles, we bought a warranty. Good thing we did. One week later, I brought the truck to a different dealer and in 2 hours my newly purchased truck with no transmission problems was diagnosed with a transmission AND rear-end problem. The truck was repaired, but still does not seem right . I called Livermore Ford back and voiced by anger, and frustration with the finance manager, service manager , sales manager , and finally the general manager to let them know what occurred and how we were treated. All was to no avail. It seemed no one could care less and they claimed that the sudden mechanical problems must have occurred after purchase because there were no problems when it left their dealership. It is my own fault and I should have run away from Livermore ford when I had the chance adn not given them our money. DO NOT buy from Livermore Ford. This is the place I will return again and again! I am very impressed on how they handle the entire process of my car trouble. I was changing out my drive belt and ac belt, not only their price was more than reasonable but their work was spot on! I was able to get in and out fast. Also ask for an oil change while I’m there and it was not a long wait at all! They were upfront about the cost and give me a detailed break down. They also warned me about taxes and fees that may apply later at check out. No hidden cost that will surprise you later. 007 mb e350 I have been to these guys two times and both times they handled my car and service with amazing care and detail. First time was for a service check up and their price was unbeatable by anyone within a 10 to 20 miles radius. Second time my car would not start when it was cold in the morning. So I took it to them and after having a diagnostic, turned out my crankshaft sensor was no good. They fixed and teat everything and so far the car runs amazing. When rating something you don't know a great deal about and whose quality is not immediately apparent, like auto repair, pretty much the entire experience is based on the honesty of the person you deal with, and the price. I've dealt with this place twice, and it was absolutely genuine, as well as affordable. Highly recommend.

I've been going to Autowise for years. The people who work there are friendly and professional. Right now my family owns and maintains 5 cars. Autowise services all of them, and I have never been stuck by the side of the road in any of them because they do such good work. That is very important to me, especially when my children are behind the wheel. As far as price goes...cars are not cheap to maintain! I would recommend that you shop around. You might find a better price, but remember the old saying...You get what you pay for!
