Exceeded my expectations. As a woman, I am always suspect of what "problems" I am told my car may have. Randy, brought to my attention two issues which they fixed, but showed me a picture of what it looked like before and after. WHAT A CONCEPT! PROOF...I love it. The other first .... Referred to Family Auto Care by CarMax since they were booked throughout the month. Was impressed by the service Nicole and Sean provided. Very understanding to my situation and was able to offer me a drop off and a pick up ride to and from their shop. Very polite and professional.
